If prescriptions are needed, they are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.

All visits must be completed by 10/31/2015, otherwise voided. No purchase necessary. No cash value. No substitutions permitted. Not valid if prohibited by law. Not valid with any other coupons or discounts. This program can be cancelled at any time without notice. Limit 1 voucher per patient.

  All photographs and medical histories are reviewed by top U.S. Dermatologists who hold an active license to practice in your own state. Our team ensures that every physician goes through a rigorous selection process and background check.

• 9. Are the photographs evaluated by a computer program?

  
  

  No. Every photograph is evaluated by a Dermatologist. No computer programs are used to generate any report.

  Yes, every visit includes a 30 day post visit dialogue with your Dermatologist at no additional cost.
